La gualchiera Room & Breakfast inaugurates in April 2013, after more than two years of construction, in the attempt to give new life to an old ruin. La gualchiera is located in a strategic place in the territorial district of Conca river and in the Ventena creek valley and it's just few miles away from Montefiore Conca old town center.
